Hi Caz. sorry to add to comments about the Sulf but I was in a real tangle when I was on them. The fatigue you describe and very low mood. They eventually let me give them up when I got a rash and it was affecting my stomach. I hope you get some relief soon.

my hubby says my mood is so mus=ch better now i ave come off SLZ--even my hairdresser noticed!!!!!

not due for another rev until October now but have been in more pain since i came off SLZ--so altho bad for me it was actually doing some good

ps--never thought about checking B12--never been mentioned by GP or Rhuemy---i will keep it in mind for next appoint tho

So Sorry you are getting fatigue, sad to say its all part & parcil of R.a. Just to say i found SLZ to be an awful drug. Like you my blood results were v. good.I think when the medics see good results they think we must be normal.! and I was so depressed because of the fatigue I felt life wasn,t worth living. The situation improved dramatically after I followed the GP,s advice & came off SLZ. even though I had to wait to see the consult. perhaps if you talk to your ra nurse she could advise you. The fact that you are working is amazing.also has an OT seen you to help you to bank energy,eg. perhaps sit down to iron Things will improve soon, it takes endless time finding out which drugs suite you etc thinking of you love Rose
